No measurements yet, I'll have to locate a measuring tape. I do have to say that even though I have only done 4 workouts, my legs already look better than they did last week. :) I am hoping that my endurance will get better pretty quickly. I am not struggling too much with the strength moves, but the cardio is kicking my rear. I have been doing regular cardio 3 times a week for over a year, but apparently that didn't really have me in shape. Wow. I am happy to say that I didn't feel quite like limp spaghetti yesterday when I finished and the soreness is a little less.
My goal is to continue with weight watchers and do the workout every day.
